一、命題指導思想
 中考是義務教育階段的終結性考試，其結果既是衡量學生是否達到畢業標準的主要依據，也是高中階段學校招生的重要依據之一。2015年中考英語試題既要體現初中義務教育階段的基礎性，又要體現與社會實際和學生生活的聯系，考查學生在具體情境中綜合運用語言的能力，確保試題的區分度和信度，發揮試卷畢業、升學雙重功能。
二、命題依據和范圍
 2015年中考英語試題將以國家教育部義務教育《英語課程標準》（2011年版）和2015年中考英語科考試大綱為命題依據，以義務教育教科書《英語》七年級上冊至九年級下冊的內容為命題范圍。
三、考試內容和要求
 根據義務教育《英語課程標準》（2011年版）中所規定的五級目標要求（初中畢業要求），兼顧高中階段學校招生的需要，2015年中考英語試題要立足基礎知識，注重運用，著重考查學生聽、說、讀、寫等四種英語語言技能的綜合實踐能力以及靈活運用語言知識的能力。
（一）語言知識
要求考生掌握并能運用包括語音、詞匯、語法的英語語言基礎知識以及用于表達常見話題和功能（參見《課標》附錄）的語言形式等，要求詞匯量為1500~1600（參見《課標》附錄及《初中畢業升學考試指導 英語》附錄）。
（二）語言運用
1．聽力
要求考生能聽懂有關日常生活中所熟悉話題的對話和簡短獨白。考生應能：
1）根據語調和重音理解說話者的意圖；
2）聽懂有關熟悉話題的談話，并能從中提取信息和觀點；
3）借助語境克服生詞障礙、了解大意；
4）聽懂接近正常語速的故事和記敘文，理解故事的因果關系。
2．說
要求考生能朗讀短文和連續說話。考生應能：
1）比較連貫地朗讀所學課文或難度略低于所學語言材料的短文；
2）根據情景提示用語回答問題；
   3）就熟悉話題，根據所提供的信息，說一段話，不少于7句；
4）在以上口語活動中語音、語調自然，語氣恰當。
3．閱讀
要求考生能讀懂常見體裁的簡短文字材料，例如公告、說明、廣告以及書、報、雜志中關于一般性話題的簡短文章。考生應能：
1）根據上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義；
2）理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關系；
3）找出文章中的主題，理解故事的情節，預測故事情節的發展和可能的結局；
4）理解作者的意圖和態度，作出簡單的判斷。
5）能根據不同的閱讀目的運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息。
   4．寫作
要求考生根據提示進行書面表達，例如根據所讀文章按要求表達，根據文字、圖畫或圖表信息寫短文，根據提示敘述事情、簡單表達觀點和態度等。考生應能：
使用常見的詞匯、句型和語法，比較清楚、連貫、準確地用英語進行表達。
四、考試形式與試卷結構
  （一）答卷方式：聽力口語部分為自動化考試；筆試部分為閉卷考試。
（二）考試時間：聽力口語20分鐘；筆試120分鐘。
  （三）試卷分數：聽力口語滿分30分；筆試卷面滿分120分。
  （四）試題難易比例：試卷包括容易題、中等題和難題，其比例為6：3：1，總難度系數為0.70左右。
（五）筆試部分試卷整體結構、題型、題量、分值等（命題時可根據實際情況對題號順序、題量和分值作微調）：

閱讀下面的短文，并根據短文后的要求答題。
I was very sleepy in the morning, so I didn’t go running as usual. At nine o’clock, Tom called me to join him in a game of basketball. He said Jack and other boys would also be there too. I had finished my homework and had nothing else to do so I agreed. Tom told me to go to the basketball club at ten o’clock.
On the way there, I bought a hamburger. When I reached the basketball club, I was surprised to see Tom and Jack fighting. Later on, I learned that they were fighting over who should start throwing the ball. I shouted to them to stop but they would not listen. Luckily two men came to separate the boys till they calmed down. Then I suggested that we go to the coffee shop for a drink. At the coffee shop, I brought out my hamburger and it was good to see Tom and Jack sharing the hamburger and laughing once again.
