        （3）書寫工整1分。少于或多于規(guī)定詞數(shù)30%的酌情扣1至3分。
 2、內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)：
        (1）校規(guī)明確，事實(shí)清楚，理由充分，給高分（12分以上）。
        (2)基本完成提出校規(guī)，給出事實(shí)，陳述理由，給及格左右分?jǐn)?shù)（9分上下浮動）
        (3)重點(diǎn)看事實(shí)和理由的表述部分。通過這一部分調(diào)節(jié)總體得分。
